What Is BuildHER Training Club?

BuildHER Training Club is a small group, in-person strength training experience designed for women who want the accountability of a class with the results of a personalized training program.

We will follow a 14-week progressive overload program built for women who want real results and a supportive environment. You’ll learn how to lift with proper form, train efficiently, and get stronger week after week — in a space that’s friendly, fun, and never intimidating.

Who Is This For?

BuildHER Training Club is perfect for you if:

Love group workouts and community but feel like they’ve hit a plateau

Want to look strong and toned, not smaller, and are ready to lift with intention

Feel intimidated or unsure of what to do in the weight room

Are busy juggling family, work, and life and need a plan that fits — not one that adds more stress

Crave accountability, structure, and coaching that actually teaches you what to do and why it works

If you’ve ever thought, “I just need someone to tell me exactly what to do and make sure I’m doing it right,” this is for you.

Kaylin Fillippelli

Kaylin Fillippelli is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and N1 Certified in Biomechanics, Anatomy, and Program Design. She continues ongoing mentorship and continuing education to ensure her clients get the most effective, science-backed training in the industry.

Kaylin is also a busy mom of two, passionate about entrepreneurship and helping women look and feel their best.

She started her fitness career as a spin instructor, teaching for nearly a decade and falling in love with the energy, music, and connection of group fitness. When the world shut down in 2020, she pivoted to online classes to keep her community moving and connected and from there, BuildHER was born.

After having her youngest daughter, Kaylin realized she didn’t want to rely on endless cardio to feel strong. She wanted to walk into the weight room, lift with confidence, and see muscle.

Now she’s on a mission to help other women do the same through BuildHER Coaching and BuildHER Training Club - combining structure, science, and support to help women build strength, confidence, and community both in and out of the gym.

Our Core Values: Inclusivity. Community. Support. Growth.

When you train with BuildHER, you’re not just joining a class. You’re joining a community that believes in you.
